Artist Statement
My artistic journey revolves around searching for an elusive essential element, a piece of myself waiting to be expressed. Navigating the chaos and beauty of exploration, my work embraces the unknown with an open mind and a willingness to fail forward.
I work in a wide range of mediums from gouache painting to digital sketching, collage and 3D modeling as tools to reimagine reality and sort out those confusing emotions with no designated name.
Through figurative paintings and imaginative landscapes, I create uncanny realms filled with personal symbolism: a safe space for me to thoroughly explore, understand and accept all of my emotions.
Every piece is a personal good luck charm, thoughtfully processing the intricacies of emotion while outputting tangible pieces saturated with growth and acceptance.
