Brianna Graduated with honors from Ball State University with a BFA in Animation and a minor in Art History. She works as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer, producing whimsy pieces with a whisper of surrealism.
She is currently the curatorial engagement fellow at the Museum of Wisconsin Art.
Artist Statement
I am inspired by oddities and impossibilities, and I use art to reimagine reality and sort out those confusing emotions with no designated name.
Through figurative paintings and imaginative landscapes, I create uncanny realms filled with personal symbolism and, inhabited by goddesses and otherworldly animals: a safe space for me to thoroughly explore, understand and accept all of my emotions.
Every piece is a personal good luck charm, thoughtfully processing emotion while outputting tangible pieces saturated with growth and acceptance.
